Noteworthy is a lengthy but thoughtful <a title=\"http:\/\/lists.ufl.edu\/cgi-bin\/wa?A2=ind1106&amp;L=SOCNET&amp;T=0&amp;F=&amp;S=&amp;P=37951\" href=\"http:\/\/lists.ufl.edu\/cgi-bin\/wa?A2=ind1106&amp;L=SOCNET&amp;T=0&amp;F=&amp;S=&amp;P=37951\" target=\"_blank\">contribution <\/a>by Tom Snijders, who argues that although Lyons&#8217; points seem valid, no method is perfect when applied in practice, and we&#8217;ll have to make do with what we have and try to improve things in the meantime. I fully agree.
